I was watching Donny Deutsch’s show “The Big Idea” on people who started their business with $500 or less and saw Blake Mycoskie talk about the shoe company he started in 2006. On a trip to Argentina, Blake’s vision for TOMS Shoes was born with the promise with every shoe purchased another shoe would be given to a child who didn’t have any shoes.

I could tell Blake was very passionate about his company and even more so his charge to help less fortunate children around the world. Because of this passion, I was inspired to help with his cause by helping further his cause through a fan site devoted to TOMS Shoes.
